Another popular dish is "Horohoro Tori Soba"! The Hanamaki Horohoro Tori Soup is addictive and has many repeat customers. Due to requests from customers in the past, only the soup is available for purchase.
The market is also home to a produce stand, where you can buy local vegetables, "Bakke senbei" (rice crackers), an original product of Matchan Ichiba, "mountain grape juice" with a sugar content of 22 degrees, and many other items that can only be purchased here!
