A Japanese-style restaurant attached to "Michi no Eki Nishine," which is located near the Nishine IC and has excellent access along Route 282.
Hachimantai beef is a rare Japanese black beef that is hard to find even in the city. We recommend the "Hachimantai Beef Stir-Fried Ribs Set Meal," which can be enjoyed at a reasonable price.
The "Spinach Ramen (spicy)," which makes use of spinach, a specialty of Hachimantai City, and the "Spinach Curry (dry)," which combines spinach and Hachimantai mushrooms, a brand-name mushroom, are also "must-try" items. In particular, the bright green roux of the "Spinach Curry (dry)" is guaranteed to "look good".
Spinach is also used in sweets. "Spinach soft-serve ice cream" with the paste kneaded into it has a gentle flavor without a foul smell. The sweet and sour taste is irresistible! Be sure to try the rich "mountain grape" flavored soft serve ice cream.
